I have been on the go Packing, Moving, Christmas, New Year, Bond Cleaning for the past 3 weeks & SERIOUSLY sick…. yep I have a high raging Fever in the middle of all of this and it’s still going (something different lol) on the tail end thank-goodness… I think my body hates stress…

So I handed in the keys to the old place yesterday and today is the first day in 3 weeks that I have had a day off…. so today I decided I have definitely earnt some time out!!! I marched myself down to the local beauty room for just that some relaxation…

I had a 1 hour massage which I will DENIGH forever that I fell asleep in lol… Hopefully there was no drool ha ha… On my way out I decided to splurge and buy some super red nail polish…. I have NEVER worn red, but I decided to go all out and do something different..

I am feeling so much better…

I have learnt since building Umbilical Love Photography that time out is very important to keep going and to not crash and burn… So this yr taking time out for myself is high on my priority list, I would highly recommend this to anyone…. ESPECIALLY to all of you new mums out there, believe me the huge pile of washing will ALWAYS wait for you always LOL….
