Newborn photography sessions are just such a delight to capture, everything is so new, fresh, delicate & delightful. The gorgeous little miss “Ever Bliss” was no exception to this. It really is an honour to capture this very special time in the lives of brand new parent to a brand new baby. There is something very special about the precious bond & love connection between a brand new dad, mum & their gorgeous new baby. The little baby that has been within them for so long yet so so new, life is just simply in one word…. precious!

Little miss is just 9 days old here. I had to laugh through this session and I don’t usually share the goings on in a session but really they are all way too funny not to share.

Usually at the start of the session the new parents will freakout when I tell them to strip baby for some gorgeous natural shots. I let the parents know that if anything happens on the gorgeous blankets that this is completely normal and that their baby would not be the first.

As soon as that has been said usually the baby with explode right there and then on the pure white blankets all to the parents discuss & embarrassment ~ at this point everyone is just in hysterical laughter…

It really is quite normal & i have only ever had 2 sessions that this has not happened at. This session did not bend those expectations and as soon as I had the gorgeous family in a gorgeous close intimate frame little miss decided to pumpkin all over mum & our nice fluffy pure white rug, once again the disbelief and laughter hit the studio walls again… Our sessions really are so much fun and if i was scared of a bit of ooze or spit I really would not be doing the job i LOVE so so much.
